The Money-Agent Matrix

One prompt. Paste it into your own Claude and it takes you through the process I use, one question at a time, until it names the agent you should build first and the three steps to build it. About ten minutes.

   Open Claude and paste it

   Any Claude will do. You don't need a paid plan, a plugin, or anything installed.

2. 02
   Answer the questions

   It asks one at a time and waits. It starts with a problem you already understand better than most people do.

3. 03
   It finds what actually has to change

   What is true of someone who already gets the result, that is not true of the person stuck with the problem. Then what you would have to give someone so it is true of them fastest.

4. 04
   It lists the whole machine

   Every agent a business like that would need, end to end. Then it asks which ones you want to do yourself. Whatever you keep is yours, the rest is the agent's.

5. 05
   You leave with a build order

   The agents to create, in order, the first one named, and a block you can paste straight back into Claude to build it.
